Governance Intake

Ten questions that turn our governance mind into your governance mind.

Vsont arrives already knowing how enterprises work. What it does not yet know is you. Your answers here shape your instance from the first session: what it watches, what it validates, and how it fits the way your enterprise actually operates.

Write the way you would talk. Plain answers beat polished ones. If a question does not fit your situation, say so and move on. Most leaders complete this in 30 to 45 minutes, and every answer is treated as confidential.

Part One

Your enterprise

1Tell us about your enterprise.

What do you do, who do you serve, and at what scale? A few sentences on your business, your clients or customers, and roughly how many people are involved.

2What is your enterprise working toward right now?

Your purpose in a sentence, then the two or three strategic goals that matter most over the next year or two. These become the reference points your governance is measured against.

3How is your enterprise organized, and who decides what?

A quick sketch of structure: teams, functions, or roles, and where the meaningful decisions actually get made. Titles matter less than reality.

Part Two

How governance happens today

4How do you currently stay on top of conditions and decisions?

The meetings, reviews, reports, dashboards, or habits that carry governance today, and their rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly). This tells us where Vsont plugs into your operating cadence rather than adding to it.

5Where does it break down?

The situations that keep recurring: decisions that drift, commitments that quietly erode, surprises that should not have been surprises. Name the two or three patterns you would most like to stop repeating.

6When governance produces a direction, who acts on it, and how?

When a review or decision session ends, how does the outcome reach the people doing the work? Where do handoffs succeed today, and where do they stall? This shapes how your instance connects to operations.

Part Three

Shaping your instance

7If Vsont surfaced one honest reading of your enterprise every week, what would you want it to watch?

The conditions worth sensing continuously: capacity, commitments, client health, delivery risk, team strain, market shifts. Whatever you currently learn too late.

8Which decisions deserve validation before you commit?

The calls that carry real consequence in your world: pricing, hiring, new offerings, client acceptance, major purchases, strategic pivots. These are where a validating instrument pays for itself.

9Who will work with Vsont, and what must it honor?

Who touches the system, how often, and in what setting (solo sessions, leadership meetings, client work). Then anything the governance mind must respect: regulatory obligations, industry standards, contractual commitments, or principles your enterprise will not trade away.

10What does a win look like in 90 days?

If this works, what is visibly different a quarter from now? Include any longer ambitions too, such as extending governance capability to your own clients. We build toward both.

What happens next

We configure your instance from your answers, then walk you through it in a working session, live, on your actual conditions. From day one it knows enterprise governance. Within thirty days it knows your enterprise.
